Size Measuring Guide
A perfect fit for your ultra-marathon running shoes is important for comfort and performance. Follow these tips to measure your foot size at home:
General Tips:
- Measure your feet at the end of the day as they're at their largest due to swelling.
- In between sizes? One foot is bigger than the other? Take the larger size.
- It's best to measure every year. Your size could change over time.
What You'll Need:
- A piece of paper larger than your foot,
- A pen or pencil,
- A ruler or measuring tape,
- Socks of the thickness you'll wear with the shoes.
Steps:
- Stand on the paper in the socks you'll wear with the shoes.
- Use the pen or pencil to mark the end of your longest toe and the back of your heel. It's important to measure both feet as their size can vary.
- Match your measurements to our size chart to find the best fit. If you're between sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size for better comfort.

I have seen a ton of marketing about Mount to Coast and was eager to try a new shoe out. I am used to wearing lone peaks and other wide toe box shoes from Altra. Since Altra was bought out I thought supporting a more grass roots company would be nice. Everything besides the fit of the shoe is great. I have been having a lot of toe and forefoot pain due to the toe box being too restricting for my foot. I only got about 60 miles on them. The tread is still great and so is the cushion. The lacing system is cool, but I think I prefer regular laces. The thinness of the lacing system feels somewhat uncomfortable. Overall, awesome shoe, just wish they fit me better. I would have returned them at my local store, but it is past the 30 day policy. Will be seeking new options.
I recently got T1 shoes after having a bad experience in the LA sportiva prodigio pros, I have been testing the T1s on some tough terrain in Menorca on the Cami De Cavalls trail route, I have run marathon des sables(MDS) before and the rocky tracks here are much worse than MDS and found the T1s gripped and handled it all really well.
I started to have a little rubbing on my right foot, but just stopped and cinced the two cords down and it locked in the shoe, really smart design feature and ensured a perfect fit throughout my run...
Big congrats to the designers for these shoes, really great comfortable rounders.

Mi más sincera enhorabuena por su ingeniería, diseño y materiales de mis nuevas T1. Tras observarlas y probarlas, debo decir que su sistema de ajuste es brillante, cómodo y funcional, así como, la comodidad que en general, el conjunto de elementos que componen las T1 aportan a mis pies.
Si tuviese que otorgar una puntuacion de 0 a 10 les otorgaría un 20.
