The brutal truth about ultra trail running is that one pair of shoes has to carry you through 100 miles or more of relentless impacts and jagged rocks. For a long time, high-performance foams forced a trade-off: they were either light and responsive but too fragile for the trail, or they were tough but lifeless. We didn’t want to compromise with "good enough", so we created our own solution: JETCELL.

We knew the running industry couldn't solve this problem alone, so we looked elsewhere. The raw material behind JETCELL is derived from the protective film used in the automotive industry to shield high-end paint from rock strikes.
Next-generation supercritical foaming.
Using a state-of-the-art supercritical foaming process, we transformed this automotive-grade material into JETCELL. The result is a midsole that provides our highest energy return while delivering consistent stability, from the first mile to the last. It boasts twice the material strength of standard PEBA foams, creating a ride that is fast, smooth, and highly resistant to tearing and degradation.

15 podium finishes. JETCELL prototypes even got top 10 at Western States.
In ultrarunning, lab data alone isn't enough. To truly validate our new technology, we gave early prototypes, complete with JETCELL midsoles, to our athletes to test in the highest levels of ultra competition. It culminated in a top 10 finish at Western States in June 2026, where Canyon Woodward moved through the field to finish in eighth place in 14:45.
