Mount to Coast is a technical running brand rooted in long-distance running, aiming to design shoes capable of supporting runners to go way beyond the 26.2 miles of a standard marathon. For us, the marathon is just the start; we believe there are no limits on how far an ultrarunner can go.

Which payment methods do you accept?

How can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, we can cancel it at no cost. You are welcome to place a new order if needed.
If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel or redirect it, as this is not supported by our shipping carrier.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours on working days. We offer free shipping on all orders sitewide.

How can I return or exchange my purchase?
We offer a 30-day free return and one free size exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please ensure your item meets the return conditions and follow the return process. We will cover the return shipping cost.

How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once it has been completed.

We maintain strict quality control, and every pair of shoes is thoroughly inspected before shipping. All shoes come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
