1. Shipping Costs & Delivery Time
We offer free standard shipping to all supported destinations.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Delivery may be delayed due to public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
2. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to the following countries and regions:
European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
Other European destinations: Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
Other regions: Australia, Canada, and New Zealand.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
4. Taxes and Duties
United Kingdom, European Union, and Switzerland: Prices include applicable VAT and import duties. No additional customs duties will be charged upon delivery.
Australia, New Zealand, and Canada: Import duties are included in the product price. Applicable local taxes, such as GST, HST, PST, or sales tax, are calculated and collected at checkout. No additional import duties will be charged upon delivery.
