Consejos generales:
- Mide tus pies al final del día, cuando están más hinchados y, por lo tanto, más grandes.
- ¿Estás entre dos tallas? ¿Un pie es más grande que el otro? Elige la talla más grande.
- Lo ideal es medirlos cada año. Tu talla puede cambiar con el tiempo.
Qué necesitarás:
- Una hoja de papel más grande que tu pie,
- Un bolígrafo o un lápiz,
- Una regla o cinta métrica,
- Calcetines del grosor que usarás con las zapatillas.
Pasos:
- Ponte de pie sobre la hoja de papel con los calcetines que usarás con las zapatillas.
- Usa el bolígrafo o lápiz para marcar el extremo de tu dedo más largo y la parte posterior del talón. Es importante medir ambos pies, ya que su tamaño puede variar.
